What You Need to Know When Ordering  The Phoenix HD-4 wheel travel scooter ships curbside via a freight company and is packaged in a large box.  The delivery time will take 5-7 days and you may need help managing the box once it is delivered.
If you will need extra assistance, consider "White Glove Delivery" and your scooter will be delivered inside your home by appointment, assembled and and all packaging material is removed for you. Please note: White Glove Delivery agents are not permitted to conduct patient training on equipment

This Drive scooter comes with a free 1-year, "peace of mind" in-home warranty service, which can be upgraded up to three years at additional cost.
